The Grey Panthers

You don't really need a map for this walk, whichmostly uses the Hart to Haswell Walkway.
There are no gradients on the main part of the waklk which uses an old railway trackbed.
There is a pedestrian footbridge to cross before taking the footpath down to Crimdon Beach.

Start from the small parking area beside the Haswell - Hart Walkway. This parking area is at the end of East Terrace in Hesleden (NZ44246 37931).
The Hart to Haswell railway walkway (cycle path) is immediately beside this car park.
Follow the walkway all the way to Hart Station - some 2.8 miles.
At Hart Station there is a footbridge over the main railway line. Cross the bridge and then take the footpath to Crimdon.
At Crimdon there is a footbridge over the Crimdon Beck.
Cross this footbridge then take a footpath over the dunes to Crimdon Beach.
Return the way you came.
