| Man versus machine. The footpath on the Western side of the Hurworth Burn follows a lane enclosed by hedges. I was about quarter way up the lane when I saw a tractor in the distance coming over the brow of a slope. To retreat or advance? I decided to advance. The tractor halted and I squeezed past on one side. Not very nice (or sensible?). | ||
