One of the exhibits in the Museum is this photo of workers in the Shildon Works Dining Room. Nearly all the workers eat while still wearing their caps. In the top left are a group of men in suits (draftsmen. managers?). And check the notice saying "No Smoking Before 12.20 p.m.(Lunch) or 5.10 p.m. (Tea)".
