Explorer Map 306, - Middlesbrough & Hartlepool Essentially, no route description is required.Park on the South Gare (NZ55648 27774). This is reached by a track from Warrenby that runs past the steel works. A notice at the start of this track reads "No Unauthorised Access", but what is meant by this isn't clear, - as the track is well used by people wanting to reach the South Gare. From the South Gare, follow clear footpaths down to the beach then walk along Coatham Sands to Redcar. Return the way you set out. |
