There are no benches at the church in Girsby, and the porch was closed, so we perched on this tomb for our lunch. To the left in the photo is a small headstone, - of Cicely Alderson (1896 - 1916),- one of the twelve children of Christopher and Mary Alderson who are commmeorated, with their children, on another headstone.
