The Grey Panthers

This tomb in Stonegrave Minster's Churchyard tells of an extraordinary, and very sad, family history. William and Mary Marshall both died in their 80s (in 1840 & 1844), but their four sons all died in infancy. Life in the 18th Century could be hard.
