As it wasn't actually raining, we set out without putting on over-trousers. BIG MISTAKE! Leaving Langley Park the footpath up the hill was a mass of long grass and bushes which were extremely wet after an over-night soaking. So it was only a matter of minutes before our trousers were also extremely wet!
