From the footpath between Redmire and Preston-under-Scar there are sweeping views across Wensleydale to Penhill (partly hidden on the right in this view). In the centre here is the village of West Witton. Inteerestingly, there is a large caravan park behind the village, - but it's completely hidden in the trees.
