From Wensley we walked beside the River Ure. Between Wensley and Lords Bridge the footpath is mostly in woodland, but there are gaps where the riverside view is worth waiting for. This scene is peaceful, but on a previous occasion we saw that the footpath can be covered by several feet of water.
