Explorer Map OL30, - Yorkshire Dales (North)
A walk that takes in both Wensleydale and Coverdale, with
a glimpse of Walden Dale.
The walking is fairly straightforward, though with a bit of a stiff climb
at the start. Although the route crosses moorland, the paths are so clear
that it would be difficult to get lost.
Most of the paths used ar farm tracks or open moorland paths, though there
is a small amount of road walking.
On a clear day, there are superb views of both Wensleydale and Coverdale.
