Great excitement! As we crossed the footbridge to enter Grosmont Station at the
start of the walk, THREE steam engines were getting ready to go. This engine,
- "The Lancashire Fusilier" was taking the 9.55 a.m. train to Pickering,
with a GWR loco pushing at the rear. Out of sight was another loco heading the
10.00 a.m. Grosmont to Whiby "Whitby Explorer".
