Explorer Map 304 - Darlington and Richmond
This walk takes in Richmond, Colburn, Brompton-on-Swale,
and Skeeby.
The outward leg follows part of the Coast-to-Coast long distance footpath,
and is reasonably clear to follow using the waymarks.
The return leg uses farm footpaths and tracks from Brompton to Skeeby,
and then Richmond.
In wet weather the footpaths can be very wet and slippery.
There is no real problem with navigation, though careful attention to
the map and field patterns helps.
