Our picnic stop was made at the entrance to the Lower Oakdale Reservoir, - ignoring the sign which said "No Public Access Beyond This Point" and "Closed Circuit TV Cameras In Use". Will there be a knock on the door at 4 a.m. tomorrow morning?
