Woden Croft, a well-kept farm half-way between Cotherstone and Romaldkirk. Until
reading the guide book, I didn't realise that this farm was once one of the schools
against which Charles Dickens campaigned so effectively (viz. Dotheboys Hall in
nearby Bowes).
