After parking at the main car park in Coatham (NZ542 253), -fee to pay, walk along Redcar's promenade towards the Vertical Pier.
If the tide is out then walk along the beach towards Marske. If the tide is in continue along the promenade and the coastal path.
Return along the promenade / coastal path or beach.
