Halfway between Newgate Bank and Cow House Bank is a picnic bench which has great memories for us. Over 14 years ago the Grey Panthers stopped at this bench in pouring rain. Cliff surprised us all by producing an umbrella to sit under cover while eatimg his sandwiches!
