Rather than follow the Teesdale Way over ploughed fields from Girsby to Low Dinsdale, we walked along the minor road. At this point, - almost at the end of Teesside Airport's runway, is a Roman Road. In Summer-time, this avenue of trees would be a magnificent sight.
