There are several Commonwealth War Graves in the churchyard of St. George's. As might be expected, a number of the graves were for airmen, but this headstone was for a soldier of the Somerset Light Infantry who died in 1915. The heart shaped headstone in the foreground is for 3 children who died aged 8 weeks, 11 years, and 14 years.
