| The Black Path is actually part of the Teesdale Way Footpath. However, even though this is a well-known walk, a massive diversion had been put in place. The notice said that the diversion, due to closure of a footbridge, would "take a maximum of 21 days, starting on 20 December 2013". Today was 29 January 2014 and the diversion was STILL in place! | ||
