Cliff and Alan at the atart of the walk, about to cross Low Hall Bridge over the River Tees. The notice on the left says "Private Btidge, No Right of Way....Pesons Using it are Trespassing.....". And yet a Public Bridleway crosses the bridge. The two are in conflict with each other.
