10.6 miles.

Outdoor Leisure Map N0 30 - Yorkshire Dales (Northern & Central Areas)

Circular walk, starting from Leyburn town centre.
No problems with paths or navigation, though the section by the River Ure on the return could be muddy at certain times of the year. There was evidence of flooding along the path here.
An interesting bit of industrial archaeology in the woods near Preston-under-Scar.
A walk with some delightful views, providing the weather is clear. The walk along the Shawl is particularly rewarding.
