Explorer Map No OL30, - Yorkshire Dales (North).
A pleasant circular walk of which the outgoing half is
mainly over farm footpaths, minor roads, and farm tracks.
The return section is along the River Greta, through the deep gorge
          in which the river runs.
The footpath in this section can be very slippery in parts, with mud
and wet rocks making the going difficult.
Otherwise, the walk presents no particular difficulty.
