Explorer Map No 304 - Darlington & Richmond
A linear walk along the Teesdale
Way between Middleton-One-Row and Egglescliffe (near Yarm).
This walk is best undertaken when the weather is dry, or, as in this
case, when there is a hard frost on the ground
At other times, the walk can get extremely muddy, and when the River
Tees is in flood there are sections of the walk which would become impassable.

Follow the well marked footpath down to the River Tees in a South Easterly
        direction.
Continue along the well marked Teesdale Way to Yarm.
At Yarm, cross the main road at the river bridge, and continue along the
Teesdale Way until you come to the footpath at NZ431138 on your left.
Here, take the footpath into Egglescliffe village.
