The walk started out from Richmond, - walking along the River Swale to Applegarth,
then walking up to the top of the scar overlooking the Swale valley. From here
we visited Willance's Leap before returning to Richmond.
A "must see" in Richmond itself are the waterfalls, running quite full
due to recent wet weather.
