This photo is for those who know Wensleydale, in particular. Having walked from
Castle Bolton to Aysgarth Falls, we happened to notice that they were track laying
on the previously disused railway at Aysgarth. This is the station at Aysgarth,
and the gangs were unloading railway sleepers here. A train service already runs
from Leeming Bar to Leyburn, - soon it will be onwards to Aysgarth and Hawes !!!
(possibly?).
